I love words. I mean, let's face it, why use counterclockwise when widdershins is available?  For years I've kept a notebook in which I've scribbled down fun words that I've stumbled across in my reading.  These are only a handful of my favorites, but I'll be adding more when I can. 

 I've also had to learn another language as an adult, and if you want a good laugh, read about my most embarrassing language flub during that tedious learning phase. A stronger vocabulary would have rescued me from Brobdingnagian humiliation.
